Service Agreements are scalable offerings to meet your changing healthcare needs. Our trained service engineers maintain your system to design specifications with genuine tested parts. Customer's under warranty or maintenance agreement will always have high priority.

Special services for moving or transferring ownership of Magnetic Resonance systems (i.e. equipment transfer, site planning, de-installation, and re-installation).

We offer electrical safety checks in accordance with the national and international laws, for the protection of patients and operators.

Remote Service

Remote service allows immediate diagnosis of system problems without performing a site visit (i.e. view image, download system images and error logs), to allow earlier problem detection and minimizes downtime in the event of a failure.

Upgrading

Software upgrades are included to maintain your investment at the current standards, extending the life of your initial investment. Hardware Upgrades may be included for an additional fee.

We perform quality assurance visits on demand in order to maintain consistent system and reliable operation.
