Organization, Management and Control Model

On September 17, 2004 the Board of Directors of Esaote S.p.A. adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model in accordance with the Italian legislative Decree no. 231/2001 governing the administrative liability of the Company, resulting from crimes committed by directors, managers and employees acting on behalf of the Company. In this respect the Board of Directors has appointed a Supervisory Body to guarantee the functioning and compliance with the Model.
