Background and aims of the course
The International School of Elastosonography and Advanced Breast Imaging is focused on clinical management of patients with risk of breast cancer and follow up in oncological patients for breast disease.
It includes Clinical Examination, Ultrasound Color Doppler and Elastosonography, Fine Needle Aspiration Biopsy, on site Citology (Diff Quick), Core Biopsy, Stereotactic Mammotone, Mammography.
The training center is one of the most updated ones, internationally recognized and with optimal experience to properly present the innovations that this state-of-the-art technology may introduce in the clinical workflow. The project aim is to share the knowledge on the revolutionary ElaXto advanced technology and high-frequency iQ Probes technologies.
Target audience
The International School of Elastosonography and Advanced Breast Imaging is planned for all the physicians involved in Breast Unit.
The International School is dedicated to all people wishing to learn more about this specific clinical skill, cooperating with reference MDs ready to share their experience.
Accreditation
The course is FREE OF CHARGE and is designed for a limited number of participants.
For all the 3 days, if there is a specific interest, doctors can ask to stay in the afternoon till 5 pm in other departments of breast unit with specific tutors (citology, anatomopathology, plastic surgery, radiotherapy, etc.)
