The figure will be given the opportunity to work alongside the HR in our Corporate Human Resource division to gain valuable experience in all the fields of HR. The figure will also be given the opportunity to give insight and/or unique ideas to help us improve our processes into a consolidation and transformation phase of the Department. The candidate will be welcome in the Corporate HR Management team, and she/he will experience also to the country Competence and Leadership Corporate Strategy as below. Indeed, the area deals with the coordination, communication, and facilitation of HR competencies development on cross-country level focusing on the needs coming from WE Regions. The JR Business partner will be important player for establishing, implementing and examining all business competence HR processes and programs with the team support. In particular, we want to pay attention to the digitization of the HR Processes and the implementation of groundbreaking management tool. He/she will also have daily contact with the various Local HR and their function will be trained to become a point of reference for the HR Shared Service Center.
