Ombretta Faggiano joined Esaote in 2014 as Legal, Governance and Compliance Director. In 2020 Ombretta enlarges her responsibilities within Esaote as Director of Corporate Tenders Office. Lawyer with over 20 years of experience in law firms and Italian and multinational companies. Ombretta worked in challenging, multicultural and "start up" contexts ranging from financial to industrial sectors. Ombretta gained management, organizational and problem solving skills withing her role as Legal and Compliance Director of British Gas (now Shell), a leading natural gas multinational company where she was also appointed Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. Previously Ombretta worked in Banca Intesa in New York, USA and for the International Law Firm Baker & Mckenzie in Milano. Ombretta also gained strong experience in regulatory matters (energy, environmental, healthcare, privacy / data protection, antitrust, anti-fraud), corporate social responsibility, ethics and sustainability. In 2022 Ombretta achieved her master degree "Executive MBA" at SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milano, thus integrating her skills and competences with a truly multidimensional understanding of corporations.
