Esaote Group: Shareholders' Meeting Approves the Financial Statements as of December 31, 2020, with an Operating Profit of € 8.1 million and a Net Profit of € 1 million
Genoa, April 30th, 2021 - The Shareholders' Meeting of Esaote S.p.A., which met virtually today in Genoa, has approved the financial statements as of 12.31.2020. The figures for the Group's consolidated financial statements as of December 31, 2020 show net sales revenues of € 219.6 million, a performance in line with 2019 (€ 219.4 million, +0.1%). The consolidated EBITDA for the period strongly grew up, compared to 2019, to € 34 million (+33.8% compared to € 25.4 million in 2019).
The Group's operating profit amounted to € 8.1 million and the consolidated net profit to € 1 million, while the net profit in the separate financial statements of Esaote S.p.A. amounted to € 10.7 million.
