Global Service - Field Service Engineer (Esaote Biomedica Deutschland) - DE00005
Tasks:
Your role will involve installation, update, maintenance, repairing of MRI devices, involving offering advice and users training, ordering spare parts, selling service contracts, and performing remote support when needed.
Mandatory requirements:
- You need to be based in Bavaria, the position is home-based; you have your full driving license and you are willing to travel in your area of responsibility.
- You have an electromechanical degree and experience in the maintenance of electromechanical devices.
- A field service experience on electro-mechanical devices or medical devices is a plus.
- You are fluent in German, both written and spoken.
- Problem solving, strong customer orientation, accuracy, teamwork and reliability are essential to perform this job in line with our high quality standard.
